As they work with the templates, they realize that their mental mind paints a picture that carries emotions and thoughts that are not theirs but the reality they are swimming in. They realize that life-defeating thoughts are only thoughts thinking them and they have identified those thoughts as themselves. They begin to recognize their thoughts and emotions in resonance with Creation.
