The Restoration of Light in the Body

What I have been discovering….

What if our Bodies are demanding their Light Frequency be restored?

Here is what, for me, is presencing itself:

The world begins to shift in ways no one expects. People feel it first as a subtle hum deep within their bodies, a resonance that grows louder by the day. It isn’t hunger, thirst, or fatigue; it’s something deeper, more essential—a craving for the light they have forgotten but somehow know they need.

The body, wise beyond comprehension, speaks in ways science struggles to decode. Cells that have endured synthetic diets, electromagnetic fog, and endless stress no longer demand calories or vitamins. Instead, they pulse with an unrelenting need to restore something ancient: their light frequency.

The changes are small at first. People report strange sensations—warmth radiating from their chest, an inexplicable pull to stand under the sun even on cloudy days, and dreams laced with vivid, luminous imagery. Vitamins feel hollow. Food satisfies the stomach but leaves the soul empty. Sleep becomes a pale shadow of true rest. The body isn’t asking for more; it’s asking for light.

Scientists race to keep up. Laboratories hum as researchers examine biochemical pathways, scrutinizing mitochondrial function and energy production. They find something extraordinary: the body isn’t failing; it’s demanding biophotonic coherence—the organized, radiant energy emitted by every healthy cell.

Substances like glutathione and NAD are thrust into the spotlight, revealing a deeper connection to light itself. Glutathione, a master antioxidant, acts as the body’s ultimate protector, neutralizing reactive oxygen species and clearing the cellular environment. Like a lens polished to perfection, it ensures the clarity and balance needed for cells to function as beacons of light. It regenerates other antioxidants, creating a continuous cycle of cellular renewal—a glow within the cells themselves.

NAD, the coenzyme of life, emerges as a carrier of light’s essence. It fuels cellular respiration, driving the electron transport chain, where the very act of energy production emits bio-photons—tiny bursts of light signaling vitality. NAD’s role in DNA repair and mitochondrial function adds another dimension, ensuring that the infrastructure of each cell is strong enough to carry the luminous frequencies being restored.

Infusions of NAD and glutathione spark remarkable effects. People describe feeling “illuminated,” as if a dim switch has been flipped, restoring clarity, vitality, and even a sense of connection to something greater. These biochemical substances are not merely functional—they are emissaries of light within the human form, bridging the physical and the ethereal. But for many, the effects are temporary. These modern remedies serve as a spark, not the fire. The body’s demand is deeper than science alone can address—it calls for a restoration of its innate relationship with light.

Amid the scramble, a quiet movement emerges. Mystics, healers, and forward-thinking scientists step beyond traditional boundaries, exploring what the body truly seeks. They realize it isn’t malfunctioning; it’s calling humanity to remember its original design.

People begin practicing light attunement rituals—meditating in sunlight, aligning with crystalline frequencies, and reconnecting with their breath in ways that awaken dormant cellular memories. These practices aren’t about adding something new but restoring what has been there all along: the body’s light frequency. They also begin to understand the symbiotic relationship between biochemistry and light. Glutathione and NAD, though biochemical in form, act as bridges to the etheric. They enable cells to remember their light-beingness, holding frequencies that resonate not just within the body but with the fabric of Creation itself. These substances begin to reveal their deeper purpose—not just as metabolic aids but as architects of the capacity to hold light once again.

As individuals embrace these rituals, profound changes ripple through humanity. Communities grow more connected, and people feel empathy, creativity, and well-being rising within and around them. Even the Earth responds—weather patterns stabilize, ecosystems regenerate, and the world begins to hum with coherence. Human beings shift from trying to survive to truly thrive, aligning their luminous nature with the greater whole. The invisible becomes visible, and the light within reflects outward, touching everything.

But there is another possibility. If this demand for light is dismissed, if the hum of the body’s wisdom is silenced, humanity risks falling deeper into darkness. Exhausted cells, deprived of their light, continue their slow decline, and the brilliance that once illuminated humanity fades into a shadow of what it could be.

Here, at this moment, humanity stands at a crossroads. The body knows what it needs—not just sustenance but the restoration of its light. Glutathione and NAD offer clues, serving as biochemical pathways to the divine, but the answer is not limited to modern means. The call is for a deeper alignment—a surrender to the wisdom of our cells and the resonance of light that has always been our birthright. The question is not whether this restoration is possible; it is whether we will listen to the call, surrender to its wisdom, and remember: We are beings of light, and the frequency of that light is our birthright.

I will be posting why this particular glutathione product soon. I highly highly highly recommend it. Nutriswish
